If you are not receiving emails from the system, please check the following steps.
1. Checking the Spam Folder
Emails from the system may sometimes be filtered into your spam folder.
How to Resolve
Please check your spam folder.
If you find the email, please remove "noreply@mediphone.jp" from your spam list.

2. Checking Mailbox Capacity
If your inbox is full, you may not be able to receive new emails.
How to Resolve
Please check your mailbox capacity and delete unnecessary emails.
3. Checking Blocked/Restricted Email Settings
If you are using a mobile carrier email address (e.g., docomo, au, SoftBank), the following settings may prevent you from receiving emails.
- Block emails from computers/PCs
- Block emails containing URLs
How to Resolve
Please refer to the pages below and add the domain "mediphone.jp" to your allowed sender list (whitelist).

- SoftBank: Allowed sender settings
4. If You Are Using a Non-Carrier Email
If you are using Google Workspace, a corporate email, or other custom email systems, you may need to allow specific IP addresses. (Allowlist/Whitelist Settings)
How to Resolve
Please add the sender IP address "159.183.186.241" to your allowed list.
