If you are identified as a subject of overwork, the labor management representative will send you an email encouraging you to complete the fatigue accumulation checklist.
Access the email and answer the fatigue accumulation checklist.

2. Access the URL in the encouragement email and log in to mediment
Accessing the URL in the encouragement email will take you to the login screen.
Please enter your username and password, and log in.
3. Answer the fatigue accumulation checklist
Once logged in, the fatigue accumulation checklist will be displayed. Please proceed to answer the questions.
After answering the last question, click the [Register] button.
